You can request deletion of your Lyssn account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your Lyssn account, with the subject line "Delete my account." Include the email address your account uses if it's different from the one you're sending from.

We'll confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your account and sign-in information
All documents you've imported, along with their processed text
Any generated AI-voice audio associated with your documents
Your reading history and preferences stored on our servers

This cannot be undone once completed.
